„Jausenstationen on their way.“ was a performative, culinary intervention that meanders through the Festspielhaus. The building became an open parcours—an invitation to wander through spaces and atmospheres. The focus was on discovery, coming together, exchange, curiosity – and a willingness to embrace moments of surprise and irritation.
Six stations within the building, some mobile, some stationary, were transformed into spaces for sensory experiences. Visitors encountered me and my team at different times at various stations. Each station invited them to see, taste, smell and feel – and to engage in playful conversation with one another.
