4 Talkshows (including dinner) in cooperation with Ida West-Hansen
Vienna
LITTLE EFFORT, BIG IMPACT were 4 talk shows, with the concern to connect people and passions from different areas.
At changing locations, Westh-Hansen and Parlow invited a total of 28 guests who were asked to prepare a five-minute presentation on a topic of their choice. They guests themselves have been the only audience. Within this intimate setting they got an opportunity to present and discuss their projects in front of
an unknown group.
For LITTLE EFFORT, BIG IMPACT 1 Westh-Hansen and Parlow invited 8 persons from different backgrounds. They received an invitation (limited edition) by post. The further correspondence between the hosts and the guests was also by post. Each talkshow lasted between 5 and 12 hours and got framed by homemade food.
After the event, each participants received a thank-you-card (limited edition), where they were asked to suggest a participant for the next talkshow and give a brief written introduction about this person. This text was read by the proposed guest at the next talk show. In this way, all participants who did not know each other before were lovingly introduced. Also the former guests who suggested them got another time visible.
There is no documentation of LITTLE EFFORT, BIG EFFECT through photos or videos. The only things that build an archive are the invitation cards, thank-you cards, the letters from they guests and the stories that are told about this talkshows.
